Paradox: a dialogue between contemporary dance and other artistic languages to explore the sce- nic possibilities offered by the Rio Branco Palace, since its halls, façade, staircase, patio, porch to the view of the Bay of All Saints. With the proposal of creating a dance to the spaces of the palace, Paradox uses scenes with suspension of bodies, choreographic installations and projections of images that reconstitute the historical details of the building. The work also allows the audience to manipulate a music box that has a real dancer on it, or even follow the performers in a romantic ballroom dance.
